The painting Letter to Juliet was inspired by the idea that we should never give up on our dreams just because we set them aside for a while. Each of us carries wishes and goals we hope to return to one day — and sometimes all it takes is the courage to make the first step.

The female figure holding the letter symbolizes a moment of pause and a return to what truly matters to us.

While creating this piece, I worked with muted silver and grey tones to create a calm, slightly dreamy atmosphere. The warm shades of the face and hair bring the painting to life and add emotion as well as feminine energy.

Letter to Juliet is a reminder that it is never too late to return to what fulfills us and gives our lives meaning.
