Vůně jara
Když jsem malovala tento obraz, chtěla jsem zachytit ten okamžik, kdy jaro vstoupí do života naplno. Dívka na obraze drží kytici čerstvých jarních květin — narcisů, tulipánů, šeříku a divokých bylin. Nejde jen o barvy nebo tvar květů, ale o pocit, který přinášejí. O vůni, která nás zastaví a připomene, že svět se znovu nadechl.
Zvolila jsem jemné světlo, klidné pozadí a měkké tahy štětce. Dívka se usmívá, ale jen lehce — spíš jako by naslouchala jaru, než ho chtěla ovládnout.

The Scent of Spring
When I painted this painting, I wanted to capture the moment when spring comes into full bloom. The girl in the painting holds a bouquet of fresh spring flowers — daffodils, tulips, lilacs, and wild herbs. It’s not just about the colors or shapes of the flowers, but the feeling they bring. A scent that stops us and reminds us that the world has taken a breath again.
I chose soft light, a calm background, and soft brushstrokes. The girl smiles, but only slightly — more like she’s listening to spring than trying to control it.
